Global Mobility & Delegation Specialist

Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Develops, proposes and / or implements methods, processes or programs related to global mobility and delegations, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).

  • Advises employees and manages all operations regarding global mobility and delegation before and during international deployment of employees.

  • Clarifies and solves individual deployment questions.

  • Defines form of deployment for individual employees, develops and / or proposes deployment contracts.

  • Determines deployment costs and prepares ratio analyses for management.

  • Calculates and proposes salaries.

  • Develops and holds information meetings.

  • Provides support for returnees including a successful reintegration.

  • Advises all project parties on complex deployment problems.

  • Acts as key account manager for all involved units in the assigned specialty area.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, though HR degree preferred

  • Knowledgeable of immigration law requirements and processes

  • Familiarity with Thai labor laws

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage multiple priorities and complex tasks.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Thai immigration and relocation

  • Ability to learn quick and drive work independently

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
