Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute projects ensuring adherence to schedule, quality and scope.
Ensure compliance with customer and organizational processes.

Stakeholder management to ensure business success and customer value
Support Sub-segment with budget planning, tracking and controlling for the FY to effectively utilize the available budget.
Establish partnership with the business partners, internal support functions and external vendors as necessary.
Enable the team to implement high maturity practices with respect to Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc. 
People management -talent acquisition, competency management and talent pipeline, personal development of employees and
performance management
 
Experience/Job Requirements:
Project Management experience of at least 2 years and around 10 years of overall experience in Software development
Applies Project Management tools, practices and leadership techniques in directing all aspects of product development activities within a project.
Sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes.
Well versed with agile software development methodology.

Should have managed at least a 10 member project team independently for at least 2 years
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, team orientation and motivational/inspirational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for enabling employees for high performance
Should have handled geographically distributed stakeholders including senior management.
