· Fulfill the sales targets defined by the management
· Fulfill the sales target of selling MS products including MV/LV panel, busbar into commercial building , data center verticals
· Promote whole LMV solution into customer and sell business through a total package
· Keep frequency contact to customer, general contractor, partner etc.
· Develop new and more business opportunity / offers / partners in Fujian area.
· Provide input to sales forecast
· Provide analysis and assistance on proposal offer to the customer
· Support project team to conclude order
· Support BA team to collect payment
· Support Siemens to achieve required EBIT
· Get familiar with LMV distribution business, has strong ability on distributor management and PaB business development.
· Have team work spirit, can follow-up customers independently.
· Get familiar or have understanding with PaB, EPC, and Electrical installing company in Fujian area. Get familiar with some industry or some key account resources will be prioritized.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Sales support experiences and technical background will be a plus
· Basic team leading experiences and partnership management
· Working experiences in other companies in the area is preferred.
· Collaboration with international teams will be a plus.
