Customer Service Engineer (IT Environment)

Job Description

"Establish, maintain and monitor SRS (remote services) 
Connect and maintain VPN connectivity for all modalities based systems and maintain high percentage of connectivity at the time of install. "

"Analyze of the installed base development and develop SRS market campaign and strategies together with the CS Business Support
Establish long term market and product strategies for SRS in the country 
Focus on development of the field force and the processes necessary to leverage the SRS infrastructure into other service/business offerings. "

"Support the Technical Support and the field force in all SRS matters
Manage country activities in case of connection escalations from the RSC and SRS Help desk.
Incident management for existing EPS entitlements, clarifying/solving of incidents locally, escalate to RSC in case of incident solving is not possible locally."

Maintain close liaison with the CS headquarters in regard to SRS objectives, EPS, new developments and delivery of all SRS services within a country.

Requirements :
Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot a problem
IT and networking skills
English Language for international training & Service Documentation
Business and process knowledge
