It's likely that you'll be based in Lisbon area and you will be, as a Clinical Education Specialist (CES) Trainee, with the following responsibilities and duties:
Perform on-site training of key operators and end users in the are of Digital Healthcare Solutions.
Work closely with radiologists, clinicians and other professional staff to ensure the proper and efficient operation of company products.
Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training and business unit requirements.
Provide feedback to Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product Line management on solutions issues and customer concerns
Participate in special projects for customer and product line development as requested.
Product demonstration and trade show support
Work with your team and colleagues to gain customer acceptance of product.
Provide on-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level.
We are looking for candidates with knowledge of the hospital workflow with background in the following areas:
Radiology, Cardiovascular or Nuclear Medicine Technicians
You will need to show:
In depth knowledge of market and customer requirements in medical imaging and/or radiation therapy;
Excellent communication skills;
An outgoing and persuasive manner and the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values;
Confidence and persistence;
Patience and self-motivation;
Analytical and planning skills;
A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes, for example in the healthcare;
Strong teamwork, networking skills and ability to interact with interdisciplinary and international teams;
Advanced knowledge of English;
