Support the organization in Asia Pacific region in developing and growing EDU Business and Education Services for both customers and employees. Create transparency, ensure effective operations, manage and develop the facilities, provide infrastructure and tools.
1.Manage training facilities of HUB Asia Pacific and ensure safe, smooth, and
uninterrupted continuous operations and support for running trainings
2.Drive facility development across the region to ensure sufficient capacity and cost-effective operation both for HUB and Spoke training centers
3.Strategically plan development of training locations across Asia Pacific regions to
meet all users demands
4.Ensure compliance and full transparency of operations in HUB and Spoke training
centers and onsite activities
5.Responsible for look and feel of HUB and Spoke facilities
6.Apply digitalization strategy and expand into new training technologies
7.Schedule, manage, support and document all training delivery by CS EDU AP
8.Manage constructions and extensions of HUB

4.Manage Customer trainings, Employee education for appr. 700 Apps and 1900 CSEs with appr. 26 000 participant days, and events by EDU AP organization

Education and Experience:
1.Professional experience in operational management, facility management and in product- and service business is essential.
2.Leadership experience > 3 years is required. The job requires a high degree of influencing, convincing and change management. This includes leadership of direct reports and guiding / motivating non-direct reports within a matrix organization for managers and employees located in various locations within the region.
3.Since this job includes diverse countries and people with all different kind of cultural and regional background, experience of working with different cultures and working in multi-cultural teams is very important.
4.Solid understanding of service processes and their relations to other logistics and financial processes and ability to drive the service business based on the supporting processes.
5.A master degree is benefictial.
