Then come and join our global team as Head of Strategic Sales reporting to Head of Country Italy, to drive our italian Strategic Sales Organization through achievement of strategic business sales objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategy to optimize installed base profitability in alignment with Siemens Healthcare organizational strategy (local and global).
• Ensure budget sales achievement for Big Customers like Central Purchasing Centers and Big Private Groups & Lab chains
• Develop and maintain assigned organization C-level institutional relationship and Market Access for new applications
• Develop and implement strategic sales plan
• Develop funnel for Solutions business in assigned organization
• Manage organization of Strategic Account Managers and Strategic Sales Expert Team

Your qualifications and experience:
• Solid knowledge of Medical Market (In Vivo, In Vitro Diagnostics and Digital / Enterprise Solutions)
• Solid Experience as Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Strategic Commercial Role (at least 5 years)
• Experience in other professional role and different business types (solutions, project, services, etc) managing a Team
