Field Sales Manager Utility

Job Description

Leading a team of Sales Manager with focus on Utility/ LGT projects for the Mexican market. You are responsible for the pipeline development and you will be a leading part of the project up to the execution phase. You are responsible for the strategic approach of this market segment, making sure to work in close collaboration with all involved departments.

Typically 15+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
 
Directs large sales operation, and delegates assignments to management and subordinate staff.

Directs overall sales efforts to attain revenue, expense, and marketing objectives for large division, SOC or channel(s).

Conceptualizes and directs brand strategy to meet or exceed objectives established for each brand.

Directs strategy for retention of account base and development of new accounts for large division or SOC.

Defines and directs the development of strategic plans to penetrate accounts.

Conceptualizes, develops, modifies, and executes corporate and/or organizational policies that may have a company-wide effect.

Area of responsibility has high strategic, long-term impact. Often is required to create/conceptualize new systems, programs, or products with significant business impact.
> Develops and manages multiple organization budgets and business plans for the largest and most complex projects or directs multiple functional areas for a large division or an SOC.

Has full latitude to create and conceptualize strategic long-range policies/programs for area of responsibility or products and to forecast their impact; Analyzes effectiveness of policies/products and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs or products that affect company as a whole; Aligns policies/products and development efforts with company strategies.

Identifies cross-functional resource needs with complete authority to approve identified needs.

Acts as an advisor that troubleshoots and resolves abstract problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas
