Technical Support Engineer

The successful candidate will take the responsibility to deliver high quality services, solutions and support to users. The primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users

  • Perform Windows client and software installation and troubleshooting

  • Perform user account management activities and documentation

  • Support internal workflow application

  • Liaise with local vendors and regional IT support team

  • Assist the rollout of IT projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application and helpdesk support

  • Experience in MS Windows 10 and Office365

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and Information Security

  • MCSE/MCSA, ITIL is an added advantage

  • Customer-focused attitude, responsible, good team player and dedicated to problem resolution

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
