Your new role

  • Financial/commercial management of service project(s) with the aim of finishing the project(s) in the given budget and quality framework; maximizing profit and ensuring customer's satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance to all applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures (eg.PM@Siemens, IFRS etc…) in performing all financial/commercial duties of the project(s)
  • Project(s) risk and opportunities management
  • Performing all commercial/finance tasks for service project(s) contracts, claim and change order management
  • Planning, forecasting and reporting of all financial information of project(s). Ensuring project(s) results are correctly reflected, project revenue planning and detailed cost calculation & planning are done and upto-date. Project accounting and controlling
  • Project foreign currency risk management
  • Managing Project(s) Accounts Receivables – complete invoicing cycle from creation to the collection of payments from customer including managing letters of credits if applicable
  • Performing all assigned commercial/finance related tasks in Purchase to Pay process of Project(s) eg. Requisitions, purchase orders, cost bookings and invoices verification etc…
  • Stakeholder management (customer, Siemens, affiliates & consortium partners, suppliers & sub-contractors etc…)
  • Collaboration with the entire project team and other project teams, identify and implement optimization measures for maximizing project profitability and department results
  • Handling logistics, import and export of shipments
  • Handle project tax related topics
  • Handling all commercial duties for project site & administration

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in financial /commercial
  • Project Management methods, processes and tools (IMAP , EPIQ)
  • Relevant E Business Processes (project execution, sales, purchasing, LoA)
  • Calculation methods / Finance Models
  • Business Administration
  • Project Controlling
  • Accounting Principles (FRGs)
  • Asset Management
  • Contract/Claim Management
  • Risk Management
