- In your new role you will implement Siemens Mobility Demand Generation Campaigns in close alignment with Sales and implement an Account Based Marketing Toolbox and Campaigns for buying centers in tenders.
- Furthermore, you will establish the parameters that define the customer journey and its nurturing along defining the ratings for MQLs and SQLs.
- You will set up reporting’s and dashboards to evaluate and communicate results of Demand Generation- and Account Based Marketing Campaigns. You will ensure optimization of the process through a constant learning and feedback.
- In addition, you will design, select and implement in close alignment with the IT-department the Siemens MAP (Marketing Automation Platform), and ensure seamless interoperability with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- You will act as consultant for demand Generation and Account Based Methodologies providing training to your own department and your sales colleagues.
- You have completed a master’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- You are a digital marketing professional with broad and long-term experience in developing and running demand generation and account-based campaigns under high time and budget pressure.
- In addition, you bring along working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and Best Practices.
- You are experienced in handling IT Tools in the Marketing arena, being the owner, implementer and evangelist of their application and implementation.
- Furthermore, you are used to set up and moderate global teams and you are experienced in negotiating with partners in business and externally with agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with and influence at all levels.
- You are fluent in German and English.
