We currently have a great opportunity for a BMS Service Specialist to join our Victorian Service team. Working generally between various customers’ sites, you will have the opportunity to work within one of the fastest growing areas of the Siemens business. The Victorian service team is critical to Siemens’ total business offering, and the successful candidate will show strong customer relationship, and fault finding skills within their list of attributes.

Reporting to the Vic Service Team Leader for SI, you will be required to complete technical oriented service work of various scopes and provide support in planning and leading these works at different levels. You will also work on a multitude of sites around Melbourne and will be available for after hours and on call support as part of this role.

You will also be responsible for preventative maintenance tasks, reactive service calls, evaluation of customer’s equipment and assisting with site OH&S audits, among others. You will provide guidance into technical design and development for service offerings, along with estimating, planning, and reviewing of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management.

What you will bring:
  • Experience in service, maintenance and or installation of HVAC systems and controls
  • Knowledge and experience of Building Automation systems (desirable)
  • Hold a Current Vic Electrical license
  • Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software (i.e. Microsoft)
  • Experience with Building Automation / PLC / Process software programming (desirable)
  • Full work rights in Australia and valid driver’s license
