What are my responsibilities?
- Team support regarding assigned topic (e.g. preparation of topic, gathering information)
- Organization/coordination of meeting schedule of whole team
- Organization of meetings, events workshops; preparation of necessary documents
- Travel organization, reservation of hotels, flights; travel expense report
- Administration, coordination and processing of assigned topics
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 2 -3 years working experience in administration or team assistant
- Good team player, initiative and communication skills
· Good command of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
