Then come in and join our global team as Intern, Customer Service Operations. You will have direct customer contact for "first line contact" to receive customers service requests. Monitor the daily operation and escalate to the Operation Manager according defined parameter. Monitor Customer Satisfaction on line according Service Marketing requirements

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will receive customers calls / information any kind. Allocate service incident.

  • You will maintain service incident into ERP (SPIRIDON) system with high quality.

  • You plan and resolve resource conflicts by re-planning of activities within defined scope.

  • You coordinate delivery of spare parts as required by Service staff.

  • You will assist to control field staff on site time: re-plan changes where necessary

  • You will schedule field staff for planned service events such as preventive maintenance, updates and installation as per service requirements.

  • You support the Area Service Manager in all resource planning activities

  • You escalate to respective operational group (tech-support / dispatch / logistics) if required.

  • You generate daily performance reports as defined by operation Manager.

  • You support operation division (tech-support / dispatch / logistics) in administration work

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You possess a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Access or any other reporting tool)

Your personality and skills:

  • You have a keen attention to details with superb organization skills
