Our mission in GP PGO IT VC in Budapest is to drive digitalization to the next level. You will join the digital transformation program of our business partners and provide innovative IT solutions for our manufacturing expert community. Shop floor digitalization, IoT/ Industry 4.0 in combinations with powerful Siemens Digital Industry products are key success criteria to innovate our plant operations over the next couple of years.
You will develop and implement production planning and production execution solutions, and thus systematically increase the transparency and efficiency of our plant operations. The goal is to optimize productivity, performance, throughput time, OPEX and inventory. With your expertise you'll support our local user community to secure a long-term competitive advantage of our plant. Become part of the team!
What kind of tasks will you have?
Analyse and optimize production planning and production execution processes jointly with IT experts in other locations
Advise users on manufacturing-related topics such as lean concepts, single-piece-flow, as well as on inbound, intra, outbound logistics, and inventory management
Design and implement user-centric process solutions in SAP modules PP and QM
Establish a reliable master data management process on product, process and resource data with your manufacturing user community
Support change management projects to implement manufacturing simulations
Integrate production processes with supply chain management solutions (plan, source, deliver, return, rework)
Act as a thought leader and continuously improve our manufacturing processes
What makes you stand out?
Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical, electronic or computer engineering or a related scientific field
Previous successful experience as SAP developer or consultant for PP and QM modules
Understanding of agile methods and processes and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity and Data Protection standards and technologies
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Highly developed communication skills in Hungarian and English

Local IT Project Management and Support:
Oversee and help implement Fiori Applications
Support to establish SAP interfaces for all SAP related projects
First contact for Information Security topics
Analyse assets and define measures
Support Exception requests
Vulnerability management and support
Database permission management
Fileserver permission management
