As part of Siemens Software organization in Mexico the Inside Sales Manager responsible for providing leadership and management to the Inside Product Specialist (IPS) team driving pipeline and revenue growth. Provide leadership and manage the activities of the Inside Sales team. Develop, communicate and drive implementation of processes and procedures to improve selling effectiveness.
Manage daily activity and performance of IPS team. Direct the activities of the team to ensure that all members are motivated to attain their objectives for pipeline and closed business.
Monitor Sales process to ensure that all inquiries are followed up on and opportunities, quotes and orders are being managed effectively.
Manage staffing IPS team including hiring, training, motivating.
Frequently interacts with functional peer group managers. Interface with multiple levels of management within Siemens PLM. Provide management reports on group performance.
Some domestic travel.
Monitor and track Opportunity Pipeline to ensure accuracy in forecasting. Ensure Reps are diligently pursuing each opportunity and taking all necessary steps to close the business.
Ensure the Reps are working with Direct sales, Pre Sales, Business Management, etc., to communicate and manage each opportunity.
Provide coaching for Pipeline Reviews, Stalled Opportunities, Next Steps, etc.
Provide training for new Reps on procedures and processes.
Provide Guidance and input in development of Value Propositions.
Monitor Campaign activity for Reps to ensure they have an adequate flow of leads for their product specialty.
Monitor lead follow-up to ensure leads are actively being nurtured
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
5+ years of experience working in sales, lead generation, or customer service environment
3+ years of experience in inside sales management
Must have prior experience hiring, training, motivating, coaching of 3+ inside sales staff members
Ability to multitask to meet deadlines and strong analytical skills
Ability to apply the highest level knowledge of company policies, practices, and strategies.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to establish and meet project timelines.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and salesforce
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership skills
Collaboration and teaming across different organizations and teams
Must have business fluency in spoken and written English to communicate internationally

Experience with selling major software products is highly preferred
