Senior Security Sales Manager

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop our business in the Security market in Singapore and ASEAN overall
  • Development and alignment of local Smart Infrastructure Security strategy synchronized with Business Line Region Head
  • Define our Security Portfolio for the Singapore & ASEAN market knowing that our portfolio covers Access Control, CCTV Surveillance and Intrusion systems, as well as PSIM, Identity Management and associated systems.
  • Participate in Security SOL Community within the MA region
  • Collaborate with Security Centre of Competence based in Dubai to provide Technical Support, Application Support and Trainings
  • Identify Security related sales opportunities and qualify these potential projects
  • Create & develop the market awareness for our security portfolio to all market stakeholders (end users, design consultants, contractors)
  • Plans, directs, supervises and controls all sales activities related to security to meet order intake and gross margin targets
  • Develop sales techniques, tools and processes to improve sales hit rate and improve customer relationship
  • Implement strategic selling and marketing activities to target customers to gain maximum acceptance of company’s products and systems
  • Supervise and ensure a proper sales-to-project hand over
  • Cultivate and engage in inter-departmental synergy through cross selling, key account management and cross learning to promote a cohesive business unit and foster team spirit within the organization


What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Strong knowledge of Security
  • Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations in Security projects
  • Knowledge in ELV system integration is preferred
  • 5 years experience in the business development and operational sales of Security related Solution
  • 5 years experience in the building technologies business
  • Strong personality and ability to deal with different cultures
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good team player who is committed, customer-focused and result-oriented.
