Transition Manager - RDC

Job Description



 Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationship at all levels and be aware of customer's needs, expectations and key business drivers
  • Identification of new business opportunities in the area of reporting and data consolidation (RDC)
  • Introduction of MO AC FSS - RDC portfolio to new potential internal customers
  • Acquisition of new customers, selling of RDC services
  • Identification of opportunities for process efficiency, quality and productivity improvements and implementation of the improvement measures
  • Implementation of all transition’s projects till handover to operation including delivery of process documentation
  • Serve as a first escalation level to customer, active problem solving in cooperation with operation
  • Searching for new methods of work in RDC and their application – e.g. Digitalization
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement of User satisfaction index (USI) in RDC
  • Management of systems accesses for operation

 Requirements:
  • University degree 
  • Working experience from Siemens or similar global company, Shared Services preferable
  • Knowledge of accounting and reporting processes
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated communication skills and strong analytic skills
  • Strong presentation skills, knowledge of business negotiation methods
  • Interest in new solution, new way of working
  • Be well organized and structured
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • German would be a big advantage
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
