This position is responsible for the overall instructional integrity of the performance improvement solutions for active and collaborative distance learning. This entails determining the proper blend of e-learning and classroom-based learning to be used in a given solution. 
1, 40% - Project management and instructional design for the development of employee training programs using an established foundation for curriculum design. Participate as a part of a global commercialization team to develop training programs, including computer-based, web-based asynchronous courses, self-study and instructor-led courses. Develop standards of functionality, effectiveness, and appearance for training. Identify course objectives and assess most effective instructional method to achieve. Build network of subject matter experts to develop innovative solutions that impact business metrics and organizational effectiveness. Consult the education specialists in updating the content of existing training offerings to include new techniques, approaches and technology.
2, 20% - Design and Develop education curriculums through the combination of various educational strategies such as self-paced elearning modules, performance support, job aids, assessments, surveys, instructor guides, and training workbooks. 
3, 15% - Evaluate training effectiveness, includes front-end performance improvement measurements, development and implementation of evaluation mechanisms and reporting on trends/corrective action. Determine transfer of knowledge levels and redesign/update existing materials.
4,  15% - Conduct needs and task analysis and other research to identify and validate need for training and what needs to be trained. Identify target audience and research their current mastery level; identify gaps and develop learning objectives and specifications. Observe task performance in the training and trainee environment as needed.
5, 5% - Support education innovation strategies to expand portfolio of offerings to bring forth value in educational efficiencies and effectiveness in the areas of course design, delivery and technology implementation.
6, 5% - Identifies, coordinates and delivers knowledge transfer train the trainer of training curriculum developed as part of the product launch process.
7, From time to time, the incumbent’s supervisor/manager may assign additional unlisted duties/responsibilities on a temporary or regular basis depending on business needs.
To fulfill your responsibilities, the applicant needs to possess:

3 to 4 years professional experience with increasing responsibility and various assignments in training industry with proven track record. This is to include 2-3 years of instructional design experience for both traditional and eLearning/distance learning applications, with emphasis on Technical Instruction/Education. Requires experience with leading edge training tools and technologies in graphics, computer-based training, and production of presentation materials. Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods for evaluating training needs and effectiveness desired. The incumbent must be committed to on-going intellectual and professional development, including knowledge of current and emerging technology.

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Medical Technology or an associated science, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Applied Technology, or Curriculum Development– or discipline related to these areas plus formal coursework or experience in designing and delivering instruction. 


Competence and Knowledge:
1, high degree of interpersonal communications for negotiation, team leading, interviews and presentations.
2,  Essential for the numerous team projects
3,  English Level CEFR  C (Proficient usres) or equivalent, able to communicate with subject matter exsperts globally
4, Suffcient knowledge and experience with computer, graphic, presentation tools and statistical analysis tolls and methods
