Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a talented person to be a Sales Professional for the the business in Colombia.
Main tasks for the position:
• Responsible for the cross-sales BU’s opportunities.
• Fulfill the sales target defined.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PSS Sales activities in the Country and drive the PSS Sales Go to Market objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities beyond the traditional business models
• Increase market share and explore new customers opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain the relationship with key accounts and develop new accounts for Infrastructure, Industrial and Utility market
• Identify and evaluate market potential for the Smart Infrastructure portfolio
• Provide adequate, accurate and timely input for the Sales Forecast
• Contributes during the Market Intelligence Process
• Conduct competitive analysis and elaborate a strategic plan accordingly Periodical updating of CRM Tool.
• Drive innovation and digitalization / Digital Mindset
• Engineering Degree on Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Industrial or similar
• More than 8 years of experience in Sales
• Advance level of English and Spanish
• Desirable experience managing Utilities and Infrastructure Accounts
• Competence: Leadership, customer oriented, business orientation, teamwork, integrity
• Outstanding communication skills.
• High interested in develop digital solutions
