Product/ Product Support Engineer (Energy Management – Digital Grid)

Smart Infrastructure – Product and Systems Sales


The successful candidate will be responsible for technical assistance and approval of new product launch for energy management division. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support to the clients on trouble shooting for digital grid solutions in HK and Macau market
  • Assist the project manager to timely execute the project within budget
  • Manage the documentation and technical drawings in accordance with internal ISO system, safety, health, environmental and quality requirements
  • Build up and maintain client relationship with potential / existing customers
  • Comply with ISO9001, safety regulations and quality system within division


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Degree holder in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering and other equivalent disciplines
  • 4 years of working experience in electrical engineering field is preferable. Promising candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Support Engineer.
  • Knowledge of power industry, particularly in Protection and Control System OR Secondary Equipment testing is preferable
  • Good communication skill and high initiative to take up challenges
  • Can work independently with customer focus
  • Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD applications
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
