Customer Service Application Support Expert

Description of responsibility:
Working in customer service headquarters, Application expert needs to
-deliver applicationability design, which includes application requirements development, field application strategy definition, clinical workflow optimization or improvement during the product development,
-developing application training materials and supporting application trainings during product launch, 
-support new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.
-deliver application support to Application Specialists in country service organization  as well as in Remote Support Centers,
-deliver Classroom trainings online/in TC for customers and employees.

Experience required:
Qualification as a medical doctor or imaging technologist,
At least 4 years of clinical experience in the field of diagnostic radiography.
Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management will be an added advantage.
Experience of working in a multi-culture environment is preferred.

Language Skills Required:
Fluent oral and written English
