Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints related to the MV products

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:


Degree in Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge of MV equipment on maintenance and commissioning
Good English and Romanian language skills
Willing to travel (approx. 70 to 80 % of time) to meet and support customers
Self-motivated personality
Results driven, focused on winning orders to achieve budget objectives in respect of order volumes and profitability
A team player with cultural sensitivity and excellent social skills as well as good organizational skills
