Regional Controller - Operations

Job Description


  • Being the trusted commercial partner to Head of Project Operations for RSS Middle East/ Asia
  • Leading Project Review Meetings for strategic and focus projects
  • Governance, steering, monitoring and continuous improvement of commercial activities and finance policies in Sales and Project Execution
  • Project Risk Management, including LoA coordination, preparation of project risk report approvals and risk consulting of selected countries
  • Ownership and governance of NCC and slippage management process, including analysis of root causes and support of country organizations in countermeasures, e.g. contract, claim and change management
  • Finance and Business Administration support for SSP Business Lines on a day to day basis
  • Driving commercial topics in digitalization initiatives such as the implementation of new tools and processes
  • Support the development and rollout of new business models such as XaaS initiatives
  • Support in strategy projects, benchmarking and optimization programs

What do I need to Qualify for the job?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Experience in Commercial Project Management
  • Experience in supporting contract / bid process from a financial perspective
  • Experience in Project Risk Management
  • Good working knowledge of PM@Siemens methodology and related tools
  • Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, outcome based-oriented team, dealing with multiple topics at the same time
  • Strong communication skills in English, being able to work in a multicultural environment
  • High level of self-motivation and independent way of working
