Then come in and join our global team as Sales & Application Specialist, Echo/ Ultrasound to be responsible for sales, supports and educates customers in the optimal usage of Ultrasound in Thailand.
Your mission and responsibilities:
You will provide comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand
You will provide customer consultancy and support individual workflow improvements, including adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio
You will provide professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, including error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting
You will act as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features
You will provide sales support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies
You will provide on-site option sales, especially lead generation
You will wrap up sales process by yourself including introduction, presentation, demonstration and make customer trust in our product
You will establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
You will be responsible for achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
You will provide selling document on customer request
You will provide report to manager and complete selling system document

Your qualifications and experiences:
You hold a successfully completed Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Medical Science, Radio Technology or related fields
You have at least 2 year of experience in clinical knowledge (customers core processes, clinical workflow, disease pathways)
You possess medical knowledge (anatomy, physiology and pathology)
You possess knowledge of Ultrasound Systems, modality and application knowledge
Your personality and skills:
You possess good communication skills, customer oriented and negotiation skill
You have exposure in working and supporting an international and highly diverse environment
You are proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken
You are proficient in MS Office
