Siemens is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Padova. He/she will be responsible for the Promotion of innovative products of the Business Unit LP “Low Voltage products” for the main channels in the Area (Architect Study, Electrical Distributors, Panel Builders and Installers, OEMs and End Users). Technical Sales Specialist has to manage the technical promotion of the products’ portfolio and the relative business segment through strategic planning and market analysis, ensuring the achievement of area targets supporting the sales organization.

What will you manage in the short term?
Techinical products and services promotions for improving the energy efficiency for low voltage thus identifying the right channels and priority in the market in conjunction with the BU and Area targets / strategy;
Identification of new Customers and partners to proper permit the growth in new markets;
Deep knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer;
- Adopt tools, reports / dashboards in order to evaluate activities and market trends in comparison with budget, supporting Sales and the Management to define the annual forecast;
Influence the main stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”;
Provide some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes;
And what about the medium-long term?
As a part of motivated team, you can growth up in the Technical and /or Sales segments of the Business Unit.
Who are we looking for?
A candidate with the following features:
Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to electrical distribution market;
At least 5 years experience in promotion of technical products and services within Low and Voltage market;
Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international;
Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication and relational skills;
Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service.
