User Experience/ Delivery Manager

Job Description

Accountable to manage and control end-user support and /or Service Desk Organization for complete service portfolio (Infrastructure & Applications)                                           
Accountable to understand, measure, and drive customer satisfaction from an end-user/consumer perspective
Responsible as the communication channel to end users for service portfolio operations (aligned with the defined communication concept)                                              
Responsible to drive cost optimization by active User IT-Asset Lifecycle Management in line with the defined IT standards; responsible for License Management   
Accountable to provide access and authorization management for defined services within IT service portfolio                        
Accountable to drive and manage key-user communities as well as key- and end-user competence development including training / knowledge concepts based on end-user needs and end-user documentation 
Leads a team of cross-country managers and IT professionals/experts and is accountable for final decision on department budget and resource allocation, in the assigned area of responsibility
