The position is responsible for support Healthcare CS regional sales team to achieve/exceed region business goal in a timely manner by providing daily operation support, which including CS sales strategy execution, sales funnel management and order-to-revnue process monitoring, and ensure a high sales forecast quality.
1. Business excellence: support RGM on business review meeting quarterly, monthly, weekly RFC; push from OI to TO and WIP business materialization; sub-region/sales performance and productivity KPI/dashboard; sales customer visit report collection and analysis；Ensure data accuracy and timeliness
2. Process Support: drive for pipeline, bidding process, key projects, top AR collection
3. Support BP target setting and BP performance tracking in region level
4. Cooperation with CS other teams in region level to support business goal achievement
5. Drive Equipment Sales to push POS program during Sales process in region; select and optimize the proper CS plan for Equipment sales; support product sales to achieve high PoS contract quality and project win rate.
6. Collect and report Equipment market info
7. Provide the support for Technical parameters in CS bidding
8. Fulfill other tasks assigned by Surperior
