Job Description


  • Managing service delivery, supervising daily activities of account service

    personnel and various subcontractors.

  • Setting priorities and schedules for service actions and assign responsibilities to personnel accordingly

  • Facilitating the continued development of  high performance team work and promote appropriate environment for the team growth

  • Enhancing cross-department business processes to ensure effective team work

  • Providing follow-up to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, contract and regulatory compliance

  • Manage service aspects of Projects/Roll-outs/Installations

  • Recruiting field service personnel, scheduling personnel trainings

  • Managing third party business partners

  • Budgeting, price policy adaptation according to sales strategy, costs control

  • Ensuring update installation according to the company’s policy

  • Ensuring installed base quality


  • Higher education (technical or ecomonic)

  • English – upper-intermediate, plus preferably other languages  

  • MS Office User (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • People management skills

  • Superior communication skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar Healthcare business

  • Presentation skills

  • Project Management skills

  • You have a can-do attitude
