Join a team of highly experienced IT professionals who support Siemens Healthineers in the company's aim to be the enabler of healthcare providers, worldwide. Our IT pillars are to continuously improve, make IT a match winner, drive our implementation power, and help the business go digital.

This position provides systems analysis, project and test management, and implementation coordinator leadership for key IT projects.  Centered on regional SAP ECC today, the person filling this role will help take us to a new generation of SAP technology as part of a global team.  Expertise in SAP FICO, SDand CS integration.  Thorough knowledge of inventory accounting.   Experience with support and customizing the full order-to-cash flow.  You must demonstrate a customer service attitude, be results-oriented, and work well within a team.

The position reports to Head of SAP Application Management – Regions.  The AMR team consists of 11 IT professionals and a team of 20 in our IT services partner. 

Responsibilities

·         Partner with key business contacts to create requirements and functional specifications for complex SAP development.

·         Develop test cases and manage test activities

·         Perform IT Project Management duties for small-to-medium projects

·         Design new harmonized  processes and best practice SAP implementation together with the Business process experts and other team members

·         Collaboration with other application teams, Basis & Security teams and the Service Desk team

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
  • Technical proficiency in SAP ECC FI, CO, SD modules. Exposure to CS is a plus.

·         Understand the SAP Order to Cash and inventory accounting process flow and the ability to learn moderately complex Siemens business processes and apply them to our SAP systems.

  • 7 or more years experience in supporting medium-to-large-scale SAP service and sales systems.
  • Understanding regulatory requirements for IT systems (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, IT System Validation, IT general controls)
  • 5% domestic and international travel (Germany), related to projects.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Knowledge of business processes within the medical device industry
  • Experience in integration with eCommerce, CRM systems.
  • 10 or more years IT systems development experience
