This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Healthcare Compliance Specialist 3, you will be responsible for:

•Supports compliance reviews/audits and the Company’s compliance with the state, federal and global disclosure laws.

•Ensures conformance with applicable laws and regulations and internal compliance controls.

•Ensures regular training is conducted on compliance topics.

• Assist in project managing, developing, documenting and implementing internal controls/processes to comply with the growing global disclosure laws.

•Supports the investigation, remedy, and disciplinary sanction of complaints and violations. Ensures any criminal proceedings or proceedings that may result in sanctions are handled in accordance with corporate interests, including complex assessment and forensic services.

•Consults on an ongoing basis on complex related issues with operation managers and executives.

•Maintains broad knowledge of legal and political developments in the compliance area and safeguards corporate interests in relevant legislative procedure.

•Prepares complex regulatory compliance reports to management and to regulatory bodies.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
•3 plus years of compliance process improvement experience.
•Working knowledge of various life sciences industry laws, regulations, and industry guidance that affect the corporate-wide compliance program, including federal and state government disclosure laws, fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, OIG guidelines, and anti-bribery laws.
•Detailed research and analytical skills.
•Ability to understand complex rules and regulations.
•Decisive and able to exercise good judgment under pressure.
