Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager SISW-PLM

We are seeking an experienced, Rockstar Search Engine Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success. As an ideal candidate, you are an expert search engine marketer with both SEO and SEM / PPC experience and experience with both developing a successful search strategy and leading a team to execute against that strategy. In this role, you will make a big impact on delivering global search marketing strategy through marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with execution and campaign planning teams, both with people locally and globally. You must be able to both understand and translate search into meaningful and wildly productive communication with executives to identify, develop, and implement effective and search marketing strategies and plans. What you will do:
•Develop and actively pursue our search marketing strategy for the entire business unit
•Evaluate progress and results regarding our search performance activities and goal attainment.
•Manage strategic components of our search marketing plans and collaborate with our Industry go-to-market teams and Digital Platforms teams.
•Define marketing strategies/plans to increase inbound lead generation and awareness.
•Ensure that marketing plans are consistent with the company's search goals and objectives.
•Assist Senior Director of Digital Platforms and executive management with the definition of marketing tactical plans for each organic and paid search to ensure that tactical plans reflect strategic objectives.
•Analyze and understand the market and competitive research to inform our strategy
•Manage the company's search and social advertising activities to establish and maintain a favorable image with investors, potential customers, employees, and the public.
•Manage the paid search vendor and technical SEO vendor and associated budget.
•Manage the company’s search marketing and related communications.
•Use online project management tools working in an Agile environment.
•Analyze and report out on overall search performance and results using enterprise analytics tools, with great presentation skills.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, Sales,
Computer Science, Web Development, Mobile Computing, Software Engineering, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field of study
·9+ years of working in digital marketing.
·5+ years of working in search engine marketing (SEO, PPC) and related tools.
·Thorough knowledge and experience in all things search – best tools, technology, strategy.
·International SEO and paid search expertise.
·Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey and B2B marketing strategies.
·Experience working in Enterprise Content Management Systems.
·Solid understanding of web technology, in-depth understanding of HTML.
·Expertise with Adobe Analytics or similar online analytics tool.
·Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, presentation, and organization skills.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
·Expertise with Conductor Searchlight.
·Experience with SDL’s Tridion Enterprise content management system.
·Experience with Salesforce.com
·1+years of people management experience.
