Position Overview 


Within the Commercial Finance (COF) area of Siemens Financial Services (SFS) a new global platform for managing leasing contracts is being rolled out. The CMS (Contract Management System) IT analysis & configuration team is responsible for Service Management and implementation of changes on that platform and forming the knowledge pool in IT in that area. The IT solution expert is involved in business analysis, system configuration, supports estimations, training, testing as well as go-live and warranty phase. He/she works closely together with IT architects, service integrators and delivery & release management.


  • Coordination of IT Services, e.g. Authorization and Role Mgmt., Data Management, end of month monitoring
  • Alignment of requirements and customer needs
  • Coordination, alignment & implementation of changes, incidents & service requests with Vendor & Global Product Team
  • Liaison between Business BA, IT BA and Vendor
  • Key coordinator of Open Topics & Management Timelines
  • Facilitates negotiation with stakeholders & enforces quality, efficiency and ITGC controls
  • Guides quality & attention to detail in delivery
  • Coordination for Cross Application Functions/Topics & monitors until the closure

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in related field required, advanced degree preferred
  • Degree of implementation of Global Services e.g: Rollout processes
  • Global compliance to CFS policies and architecture
  • 10+ Years of Financial Industry Experience (Leasing Experience Preferred)
  • Excellent Problem-solving Skills
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Good interpersonal skillset
  • Attention to Detail

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Preferred Cassiopae Experience (or) relevant Service Management Experience in Global Scale
  • Preferred programming experience with C, C++, Java with Oracle as DB
