Job Description

Work together with OEMs and End-users for developing Servo / Positioning based solutions. Optimise the offering based on Siemens products and support the Channels in executing it.
Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channels on Automation, Digitalisation & Servo Drive Products
Responsible for order acquisition from Direct / Indirect customers (Through Channel Partners) in the region based on given targets in Automation & Drive Products.
Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
Periodically visit channels to review their performance and guide them to bridge the gap
Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time.
