• Work together with OEMs and End-users for developing Servo / Positioning based solutions. Optimise the offering based on Siemens products and support the Channels in executing it.
• Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channels on Automation, Digitalisation & Servo Drive Products
• Responsible for order acquisition from Direct / Indirect customers (Through Channel Partners) in the region based on given targets in Automation & Drive Products.
• Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
• Periodically visit channels to review their performance and guide them to bridge the gap
• Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time.
