Our Returners Program is a 6-month placement which has been specifically designed to bridge the gap between taking a career break of two years or more and re-entering the workplace. We want you to capitalise on your existing experience, refresh your skills and knowledge whilst equipping you with the confidence to return to work. It gives meaningful experience, with the wraparound of coaching, mentoring support and training.
We are looking for a Bid Coordinator who will join our Mobility Intelligent Traffic Systems company based in Poole. You will work with the Tendering Manager where you will be part of a small team who are responsible for Bids and Tenders for the traffic business.

This is your role. What part will you play?
The Bid Co-Ordinator is a key member of the tendering team as it helps to co-ordinate the bid activities in the business which is how we win and maintain new and existing customers work. Tendering is the life blood of the organisation bringing new opportunities and customers to Siemens. The role will report directly to the Bid Manager and be responsible for processing all Service related enquiries. You will assist to put together Siemens bids, receive purchase orders and also handle orders onto the Projects team.
