CFD Engineering Services Engineer
This engineer will perform numerical fluid dynamic and heat transfer analyses for a variety of applications in the automotive, aerospace, marine, energy, and other related industries.
Job functions will include performing model preparation and solution monitoring of the CFD analysis, critical analysis of the results and preparation of technical reports. The engineer will interact with customers throughout projects. In addition to working in our offices, opportunities will exist for travel to work directly with our clients.
· Master’s Degree in Engineering is required, a Ph.D. is preferred
· Experience with compressible flow, heat and mass transfer
· Exposure to commercial CFD
· Excellent communication/presentation skillsInterested candidates must be able to learn new skills quickly, prioritize multiple projects, work independently as well as work effectively as part of a team. Must also be methodical and thorough, innovative, confident and be able to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization.
