Zone Clinical Director, Northeast (181771)

Job Description

The Zone Clinical Director (ZCD) is directly responsible for management of General Imaging/Card Clinical Sales Specialists within the zone. This position reports directly to the Sr. Clinical Director.


The Zone Clinical Director (ZCD) Responsibilities include:

  • The Zone Clinical Director plans and manages the overall operation of the zone clinical sales specialist to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.

  • Collaborates with Zone Sales Director that all business objectives and zone sales goals are obtained.

  • Monitors and critiques zone clinical sales specialist by providing feedback and support to elevate the team’s clinical skills.

  • Successfully defines workflows, oversees sales demonstrations and customer trainings to obtain optimum effectiveness, efficiency and cost- effective delivery of services.

  • Maintains CSS adhere to Siemens policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation and performance management.

  • Coordinate with Ultrasound Clinical Director on the Territory Clinical Sales Specialist resource management to ensure maximum efficiency of Siemens investment in resources.

  • Work with marketing team to plan and facilitate Trade Shows and regional customer events.

  • Responsible for education and development of all of their direct reports.

  • This role will also perform other duties as assigned.



  • Ability to work as remote position

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimally 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Sales Specialist

  • Minimum 2 years Management/Leadership experience

  • Active ARDMS, SDMS or RDCS registry

  • Possess valid driver’s license
