2.manage the service contract, to insure the service contract implementation successful, control the project risk.
3.collect the service report, service orders and transfer the documents to order processor, and follow the payment and invoice process with the customers.
4.input the service cases' information into SAP system and insure accurate reporting and controlling per IFRS,FRG,Taxes; support audit activities.
5.planning and forecast of new orders,sales,GM, and related assets management, including control of A/R, Cost in excess, excess billing, accrual and provisions, bonds,etc.
6.Make customer satisfaction survey and monthly satisfacs and analysis report to the manager of customer experience center.
7.To fulfil related responsibilities specified in quality document.
8.To collect service reports, service orders and project reports. feedback service reports to ordering party upon service is finished
9. To support the setup of working process, problem solution.
10. Fulfill other tasks from department manager and assistant to department manager.
