The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who can lead the service sales business for Digital Grids. This role which will require a deep understanding of our business, market trends, customers' needs and a passion to drive growth and performance.

We need to take advantage of all the amazing opportunities in front of us and deliver the highest-quality products, systems and software to existing customer segments leveraging our installed base. We are looking at growing the service business exponentially and to enable the same, we are looking for a driven and ambitious leader who can play a pivotal role in the next phase of our journey. 


Tasks including but not limited to - 
1) Create a clear blueprint for Service growth, drill down by service line into actionable measures, estimate potential and execute the same with buy-in of the relevant stakeholders
2) Drive Order Intake to achieve and exceed the targets
3) Market Intelligence & Country / Vertical Strategy for DG Service 
4) Coordinate and drive strategic programs / initiatives driven from Germany HQ / Siemens Central team 
5) Drive growth in new service lines by leveraging technology and customer intimacy
6) Guide and motivate the team to exceed their targets and aspirations

Skills & Experience
1) 8+ years of experience in service strategy, sales and other related roles
2) History of achieving excellence in previous roles 
3) Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of stakeholders
4) Track record of driving exponential growth profitably
5) Proven ability to think strategically about complex topics and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans
6) Excellent presentation skills - able to articulate business strategic themes concisely and clearly
