Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

Siemens Logistics LLC has an opening for a Sales Support Specialist in our Customer Service business segment. You must have the ability to perform various administrative duties supporting Sales including forecast & proposal preparation, CRM administration and promotional event logistics.
 
Responsibilities
Assists Sales Team with bid proposal preparation and coordination. Administers CRM (ie. Salesforce) and supports Financial and Sales Team with generating reports and overall management of CRM. Coordinates with Global colleagues to ensure continuity of company CRM. Works with appropriate internal stakeholders to administer companies contracting and business licenses.



Performs simple, routine work within area of specialization. Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.
 
Education / Skills / Experience
Technical degree or experience preferred; must have High School Diploma
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce required
Solid communication and strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Experience with administrative tasks associated to a CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Technical writing experience is preferred.
