We are seeking for a Project Management Office Lead who has project management process design, execution, and improvement experience as part of Business Excellence and Operational Transformation function. In this position you will integrate PMO concept into business operations and manage end-to-end project management activities based on Siemens Project Management framework such as scope management, project portfolio planning, resource management, risk management, change management, stakeholder management, project controlling, reporting, tracking and customer (business units) relationship management within in complex and matrix organizational set-up.
As an immediate assignment; SFS, Inc. has recently implemented a new leasing contract management/sub-ledger system. The system was developed by Cassiopae, owned by Sopra Bank, a French based entity. In addition to implementing Cassiopae, a multitude of interfaces were implemented thus changing the entire end-to-end process. At 6 months post go-live the business processes still require further stabilization. This role would be also develop the roadmap to facilitate process discovery, facilitate the process sessions, identify the critical path and areas of opportunity for training.
Establishes PMO concept in SFS Inc., drives implementation and improvement of Project Management Framework and global best practices through managing Business Analyst Team
Proactively leads financial services business processes digital transformation project portfolio,
Facilitates project meetings and consults Business Analysts, subject matter experts and process owners to identify gaps in current state and list improvement opportunities
Together with Business Excellence team, supports best practice to-be process workflows in such a way that value streams are created, procedures are developed to enhance operational excellence in SFS Inc
As a key partner of IT organization, supports business use case definition and drives smooth integration and improvements of new systems/ tools/ capabilities across the organization
Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services
Develops dashboards to monitor the overall status of the stabilization process and project portfolio.
Partners with key stakeholders to help driving change management and system adoption
Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or units to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or units)
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Demonstrated Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management and Stakeholder Management skills
Project Management Professional certification and familiarity with Agile Methodologies
Project management office leadership
LEAN value stream tool experience
Excellent coordination, documentation, reporting, controlling and training skills. Must be able to articulate the WHAT, HOW and WHY
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in financial services domain.
Prior roles in PMO, Operations, IT Program/ Project Management or Business Excellence
Business Analyst or Software Developer experience highly desired
Understanding of leasing industry
Solid experience in working on complex projects with interfacing with business, business analysts, development teams, QA and support teams
Knowledge of Cassiopae or similar leasing contract management/sub-ledger system tools
Experience in project managing the post go-live implementation phase of an IT system implementation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, such as MS Project, Vision, Excel, PowerPoint is required
