Over two exciting years, you will run three challenging assignments, where you'll rapidly build up in-depth knowledge and experience our business from different perspectives, gaining a deep understanding of Siemens. During the rotation abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

We would love you to bring to us:
  • An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Economic Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology or others with a focus on HR
  • International experience abroad of at least six months
  • Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc. of at least six months up to three years
  • Proficient Business English
  • The aspiration to develop a global leadership role and open to cross-country assignments
  • An open and communicative attitude and a strong passion for ownership culture.
