Development Business Professional, Mobile CT


 


Position Overview


 


The Business Development Professional, within the CT Business Line, is responsible for driving the positioning and marketing for Mobile CT in the changing market environment.  Utilizes strong business expertise, communication and strategy to execute on market growth and developing long term partnerships with our customers.  This key business development role incorporates market evaluation, pre-sales engagement, contract development, partner alignment, pre and post-sales support, marketing support and ongoing execution to ensure success and growth in the market.


 


The Business Development Professional for Mobile CT reports to the Business Development Director, Mobile CT for Siemens Healthineers.


Responsibilities


 


  • Strategic positioning and marketing of Mobile CT program focused on Mobile ICU and Mobile Stroke within the CT Business Unit and Strategic Corporate Accounts space (including IDNs and GPOs).

  • Development of supporting programs, marketing collaterals, case studies, customer testimonials and presentations aligned with overall Business Unit strategy to help drive and support necessary business.

  • Ensure that CT market share growth, unit volume, profit and revenue goals are met for the assigned areas.

  • Driving strategy and support for pre and post-sales growth and success.

  • Sales Support and Education aligned with overall Business Unit strategy and implementation together with Area Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents and Strategic Corporate Accounts team.

  • Ensure continued success of business unit driving joint strategy for pre and post sales success, and unique growth opportunities. 

  • Maintain and build close relationships with customers/accounts.

  • Other duties as assigned 


 


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


 


  • Strong Communication skills and leadership skills

  • Requires CT product knowledge

  • Demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures

  • Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results and market growth

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems

  • Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals

  • Knowledge of the organization and how to effectively motivate and push in the right direction

  • Skills to guide the sales team towards a high-performance culture

  • Successfully serves as resource specialist and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise.

  • 10+ years of Healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Required travel: 60%


 


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience


 


  • 15 years of Healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management.

  • Advanced MS Office Skills

  • Clinical Experience within Radiology and/or hospital setting.
