Your new role – challenging and future oriented
  • Performing pre-defined technical tasks (e.g. basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering and maintenance jobs) onsite and remotely
  • Testing products and removing found errors during the takeover of the products
  • Supporting customers remotely and onsite by providing 2nd and 3rd level user support
  • Coordinating and accomplishing defined service operations and resolving product issues for customer equipment
  • Supporting in generating sales leads for the pre-defined service offers
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
  • Secondary school degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in medium voltage or low voltage system is beneficiary
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
