We are looking for candidates who are good in the below Skills : 
• You should be able to do Requirement Analysis, Clarifications wrt System     Architecture 
•You should Should able to work in agile methodology. Providing estimates.
•In Design: You shpild be able to write HLD, DS,(UML), Should able to design using basic Design principles & Gang of 4 Design Patterns .
•In Coding : You Should able to debug and understand design of existing system , extend design or code for implementing enhancement  
•You should Resolve performance issue using performance tool.
•You should be Should able to write unit test cases using NUnit perform sanity test.
•You should be Aware of Source control tools .

Design & Architecture: Client Server Architecture, Microservices
Development: C# .NET, WPF, Prism, REST API
Tools:Code Quality Tools, NUnit, NCover, JetBrains dotTrace, Static Code Analysis (FXCop, etc), remote debugging tools.

Good analytical skills 
Agile to work in any context 
Quick in understanding the context 
Focused and Result Orientation
Looks at things from automation perspective
Good team player

What you need to make real what matter 

• You should have either B.E. or B.Tech. with 3-5 years of total experience 
Skill Set:
Experienced in C# coding , Prism and WPF
Good Debugging skills , Good at resolving performance issues using performance tools,
Good at multi threading concepts , such as semaphores, Interoperability in C#
Worked with RESTful API
Basic networking skills.

This role is based in Pune. You’ll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
