As the Program Manager in Americas PL you will be responsible for developing and implementation of PL strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and ensuring overall strong performance of the function. Partnering with leaders across the full HR value chain, you will translate US business requirements into People & Leadership outcomes in alignment with PL principles and portfolio. You will play a key role in articulating and facilitating changes to the organizational culture, design and structure. Interacting with HR management at various levels, to contribute, collaborate and influence outcomes. A successful candidate is one who is curious, innovative and committed.
In Detail, as the
Americas PL Program Manager You Will:
Support the Americas Head of People & Leadership to set the local strategic direction of the PL programs, resources and organization; all aligned to local business requirements and global PL strategy.
Responsible for implementation of country wide PL projects across businesses and potentially with other HR expert teams, field HR, FSS (Functional Shared Services), and other stakeholders.
Assess implications of external market / best practices on the business and talent strategy and recommend, design, and manage innovations to ensure ongoing PL evolution.
Work together with Talent Partners to design and develop strategic programs such as talent summits, potential development programs, and activities related to succession planning.
Builds connections and relationships with other Expert Teams to support the OneHR vision of collaboration and expertise.
10+ years in Talent Management, HR Business Partner, HR Consulting, or equivalent combination of education & experience
BA/BS degree required, a Masters degree is a plus
Proven ability to research and analyze information and recommend respective solutions and project management skills to lead key HR initiatives
Excellent collaboration skills working in a highly matrix environment and utilizing agile working methods
Experience in program management of complex talent development programs including a track record of implementing continuous improvements
Advanced skills in data analysis, working in close collaborations with various contributors, to articulate findings and recommend areas of focus
Demonstrated track record in supporting and advising HR professionals in mature, global organization and experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
