- Grow Building Product business, mainly field devices, through indirect sales channels (Partners). 
- As a door opener to develop key accounts in end users (enterprises), designers (consultants) and resellers/installers. 
- Build up Siemens brand image and influence power to all stakeholders.  
- Achieve (over-achieve) KPI of own targets. Co-work and support colleagues to achieve (over-achieve) team targets.
- Promoter of FDO (HVAC field devices, OEM product)
