We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Professional to join our established Gas and Power team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The main responsibilities will be to contribute to local business discussions and decision-making, assist in the development of strategic workforce plans, manage and drive change programs, drive the implementation of effective HR programs, manage HR data and documentation, ensuring consistency with overall internal policy guidelines and respective labor law regulations, advise the business management on HR topics, processes and compliance issues, participate in local HR activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, and perform the day-to-day administration and communication of HR related tasks to the ANZ business.

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is likely that you will have a Bachelors in Human Resources, and previous experience working as a HR Advisor/Generalist. IE/ER experience is highly desirable although not essential.
