GP Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for the Sales manager for Service and Digital solutions in Gas&Power Business unit to our office in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What are the responsibilities?

Business development and sales of aftermarket products in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Product: services, spare parts, long term service programs for Siemens Energy equipment portfolio: industrial and aeroderivative gas turbines, turbo compressors, steam turbines.

Rotating equipment market analysis and sales strategy planning.

Development of relationship with key accounts and partners in Kazakstan and Central Asia. Development of proposals and participation in tenders.

Active user CRM management (oracle of Sales Force), driving sales development process using of internal IT tools.

Planning and delivery of annual sales budget.

What is needed to qualify this job?

We are looking for open and self-motivated personality.

Experience minimum 3 years in the role of sales for power generation and oil&gas industries.

Good team player, required to frequently work in global organization, functionally reporting to reginal business unit director.

Readiness for business trips for meetings with customers across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Language skills required fluently speaking Russian and English.
