What are my responsibilities?

  • Professional customer relationship management plan execution with creative & strategic thinking according to globally CRM guideline;
  • Clearly understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay strategy, business plan;
  • Understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay service nature, Purchase-to-Pay business trend, innovation as well as automation potential;
  • Business analysis for marketing trend and structure the main focus of business growth;
  • Drive to promote best practices with customers and enlarge the service scopes;
  • Customer relationship management with efficient approach way;
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction indicator and customer satisfaction evaluation follow up;
  • Ensure that timely communication with all internal service function team;
  • Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager;
